Hall Ticket will be issued to the candidate on satisfying the Attendance and other requirements as per Rules, Regulations and Instructions issued by the Institution/University from time to time.
Hall Ticket should be kept safe until the completion of End Semester/Supplementary examinations. The candidate will not be permitted to appear for the examination without hall ticket.
Candidate should verify the Hall ticket for the correctness, if any discrepancy found in the Hall ticket, should bring to notice of the CoE office for necessary action.
Candidate should sign his/her signature in the space provided in the Hall Ticket immediately after the Hall Ticket is received.
Candidate should bring all necessary approved materials for examination such as hall ticket, identity card, blue/black pen, pencil, eraser, scale etc., and keep them all at one place in your seat.
Candidate should occupy the allotted seat atleast 10 minutes before the commencement of the Examination.
Candidate will not be permitted to enter the hall after the commencement of the Examination. However, only on extraordinary circumstances, the candidate will be permitted during the first 30 minutes of the Examination after obtaining the written permission from the CoE/Principal/Chief Superintendent.
On any circumstances, Candidate who desirous of writing the Examination shall not be permitted to enter the Hall after the expiry of first 30 minutes.
Candidate who is suffering from Infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted to the Examination hall.
Candidate shall write only the Register number in the space provided in the Question paper. Any other writing in the Question paper/Hall ticket is prohibited and punishable.
Candidate should not carry any Written/Printed matter, any paper material, cell phone, pen drive, iPod, programmable calculator, any unauthorized data sheet/table into the Examination hall and if anything is found in his/her possession, he/she shall be liable for disciplinary action.
Before Start writing the Examination, candidate should write his / her Register number, semester, course code & title and date of the Examination at the appropriate space provided in the first page of the answer booklet and nowhere else in the answer booklet or in any additional attachment like drawing sheet, smith chart etc.,
Candidate should not reveal his/her identity in any form in the answer script or indulge in canvassing either directly/indirectly to award more than deserving marks in the examinations. If found committing such mistakes, the involved candidate shall be liable for disciplinary action.
Candidate should not talk/ask the other candidates for any reason, if necessary, they can ask the Hall invigilator during the Examination.
Candidate will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the expiry of 45 minutes from the commencement of Examination. Candidate, who leaves the Examination hall during the period of Examination, will not be allowed to re-enter the hall within that period.
Candidate is permitted to use approved geometric tools, non-programmable calculators, data books and statistical tables during examination.
Candidate must hand over the answer booklet to the hall invigilator before leaving the Examination hall.
Candidate indulge in any kind of malpractice will be dealt with as per the Norms enforce from time to time by the Institution.
Candidate should produce the hall ticket on demand by the Hall Invigilator/Chief Superintendent/ Anna University Representative/Squad members.
